About Us

We are one of Fiji’s largest land survey companies established in the year 2022. 
 
Our Principal Surveyor worked for Fiji Government in the Lands department for over 15 years before starting his company in 2020. 
 
Currently, we have a strong 20 staff working for us (part time & full time) including very experienced and qualified Survey Technicians and Consultants. No Survey work is too small or too big for us. We are up to the challenge. 
 
We use modern survey equipment and technology to carry out our service delivery. 
 
We have Fiji Covered.
 
Our team is based in the Northern, Central/Eastern and Western Division of Fiji.  
 
 
We are serving registered surveyors on the panel of iTLTB.

All TLTB Land Survey

We are authorized Surveyors for iTLTB to carry out survey work for all leases issued by TLTB.

Survey of Freehold and State Land

Approximately 6% of land in Fiji is freehold land and about 4% is State land. Our team of very experienced Surveyors and Survey technicians carry out survey work on Freehold and State land in a very efficient manner. Usually freehold land survey takes shorter period of time compared to leases.
